Så jag ska upp till psyk-akuten snart. Ska möta syster 12.30 som ska hålla mig i handen.
Försöker äta något just nu med hjärtat i halsgropen.

I called and now I'm going to the...don't know the name. But it's an ER for "people like me" or how you can put it. My sister is going with me, to hold my hand.
Trying to eat something. Not going so well since my heart is racing at the moment.
